Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waikato County Council held on TUESDAY, 13th day of August, 1929, the following resolution was passed as a Special Order and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on TUESDAY, the 10th day of September, 1929, at the Council Chamber, Grey Street, Hamilton: — That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Counties Act, 1920, and the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1920, and with the consent of the Local Government Loans Board, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Waikato County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: That for the purpose of erecting a worker’s dwelling the Waikato County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of Seven' hundred and fifty pounds (£750) at a rate of interest not exceeding 5A per cent and a sinking fund not to exceed li per cent. That the security for the loan and provision for repayment of the loan be a Special Rate of onesixtieth of a penny in the pound on the rateable capital value of all rateable property In the Tauplrl Riding, County of Waikato.
