MISSIONARY FUNDS.
PLEA FOR EXEMPTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Sir Joseph Ward told a deputation from the National Missionary Council that if, on investigation, he found it possible, he would grant the request for the exemption of bequests for church missionary purposes from the additional 10 per cent, when the money is intended to be spent outside New Zealand.
