NEAR AMERICAN DEAL. AGREEMENT WITH STANDARD OIL. “Negotiations for co-operation of the German Dyes Trust and the' Standard Oil Company of New Jersey have progressed in such a favourable manner that an agreement will be signed in the nearest future,” Goheimrat Boscn told shareholders at the general meeting of the Dyes Trust at' Berlin. He described the company's financial situation as wholly despite Germany’s generally unsatisfactory economical condition. Production of synthetic benzine would be increased in the course of the year, he said. Herr Bosch further reported that he had conferred with the Chilean Finance Minister about luture cooperation in the nitrogen markets of the world. These negotiations were being continued, he added.
