The death is announced of Joseph. Orchiston, late chief telegraph engineer, at theage of 73. SIR JULIAN ORDE. LONDON, June 19. The death has occurred of Sir Julian Orde, for 20 years secretary to the Royal Automobile Club. He showed much hospitality to Dominion officers lh wartime.
