The only changes are that Mr Pirow, a Transvaal advocate, takes Mr Tielman Roos’ place as Minister of Justice, Mr Roos having insisted on resigning, owing to the state of his health, and Mr Janesen, ex-Speaker joins the Cabinet as Minister of Native Affairs, relieving General Hertzog in that capacity.
