STANDARDISED CHEESE

SUCCESSFUL EXPERIMENT

BIG COMPANY’S TRY-OUT.

ALL FACTORIES TO MANUFACTURE

Under the Government regulations permitting the standardisation of cheese, the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., tried the experiment of standardisation at several of their factories. The company’s standardised cheese brought an even price with the full cream cheese on the London market, and was generally reported upon as highly satisfactory.
