FAREWELL AT PUKEKOHE
Miss Dorothy Pirrit, of Morrinsville, who has been a member of the staff of the Pukekohe School for the past five years, was farewelled by staff and pupils last week. The headmaster, Mr Snell, in presenting her with a bridge table from the staff, expressed the general regret at the loss of a loyal and efficient worker, and wished her every success in her new position. Standard VI. pupils presented her with a manicure set.
Miss Pirrit has befn appointed head teacher at the Woodlands School, Opotiki.
