There was a terrible flying mishap at Avord Alilitary Aerodrome when five were killed. An aeroplane was dropping bombs during a practice when one wing became detached and the 1 machine crashed. The bodies of the five men had to be left under the machine all night as two unexploded Bombs are still in the wreckageIt is feared there will he a further disaster unless the bombs arc removed by experts.
