MATCH IN TASMANIA. PLAYED IN SHOWERY WEATHER HOME TEAM OUT FOR 66. (By Telegraph—Pres3 Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association). HOBART, Jan. 18. The second match between the English cricketers and Tasmania was begun to-day at Hobart in showery weather. There were 4000 spectators. Chapman, the English captain, won the toss and sent the local side in to bat. The wicket was soft after the rain yesterday. The Tasmanians, in their first innings, were all dismissed for 66 runs, and the visitors had made 118 for five wickets when stumps were drawn. TASMANIA.—First Innings. The game will no doubt be concluded to-day as the Englishmen are due in Adelaide, to begin a four days’ match against South Australia, next Friday. The fourth test match will follow at Adelaide commencing on Friday, February 1.
