WARM WEATHER
EXCESSIVE HEAT IN AUCKLAND. BEACHES THRONGED AT NIGHT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. The temperature in Auckland this week has been about 75 in the daytime, with a little-fall at night. The heat has been accompanied by oppressive humidity. The beaches were thronged after dark, and in the city restaurants many men removed their coats.
