OFFER IN U.S. Following the announcement of the formation of the new £12,000,000 artificial silk combine, called the Associated Rayon Corporation, cable advices from New York report the offering by Messrs Speyer and Go., and Lehman Bros., of 20,000,000 6 per cent, cumulative, convertible preferred stock and 100,000 no par value shares of common stock of the new company; Each unit of one preferred and one half share of common is priced at 105.
