THE PRIME MINISTER.

NEW LEASE OF LIFE. AMAZING MENTAL VIGOUR. Questioned by a Times reporter regarding Sir Joseph Ward’s health, Hon. G. W. Forbes, Minister of Lands, who passed through Hamilton this morning on his way to the King Country, said his leader seemed to have taken on a new lease of life. Sir Joseph’s mental alertness was amazing and his staying power wonderful. Mr Forbes expressed the opinion that Sir Joseph was just as competent to carry on as ever be was.
