JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE,

A finding 'of justifiable homicide was given by the coroner at an inquest concerning the death of William .Kraesst. Constable Brown, by whom the fatal shot was .fired, was absolved from blame.
When Constables Brown and McCulloch arrested two men who w6re under the influence of liquor at a dance hall the men resisted violently, and 20 of the other dancers came to Their assistance.
