The Washington correspondent 'of the New York Times states that following upon the report that Mr Owen D. Young and Mr J. P. .Morgan have been virtually selected to join the Reparation Experts’ committee, a definite announcement to that effect may be made when Mr Morgan has chosen his alternative member. Mr Thomas N. Perkins, of Boston, a lawyer, will alternate with Mr Young.
