ORDERED TO PAY £6O. TRUST ACCOUNT NOT AUDITED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. For failing to have his trust account audited Michael B. Maher, who had been struck off the rolls after practising as a solicitor at Hawera, was today fined £SO and £7 10s costs.
