CAR AND CYCLE COLLIDE.

CONSTABLE SERIOUSLY INJURED. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.) CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. As the result of a collision between a tram-car and a motor cycle with a side-chair, Constable George Murray, was admitted to hospital last night suffering from severe injuries to his he'ad and a compound fracture of the leg. Murray was riding a motor cycle, and he had in a side-chair another constable, who escaped with minor injuries.
