FATAL EXPLOSION.
IN BLASTING POWDER FACTOR^ FIVE PERSONS KILLED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Assn.—United Services.) (Rec. October 16, 10-30 a.m.) LONDON, October 15. An explosion in the mixing shed of a' blasting powder factory on Bramble Island, near Harwlck, killed three nun and two girls. The force of the explosion was so great that windows were smashed flvte miles away. • The factory was situated In a lonely spot In the marshes.
