Petitioner said that in December, , 9 9 6 ‘he received a letter from his wife ' who was then in Wanganui, stating that she did not want anything more to do with him. He went o Wanganui to interview her on the mat ter and received a very unsatisfactory explanation. She had since refused to live with him. Respondent was ordered to return to her husband’s domicile within 28 days.
