HOLIDAY DANCE.

JOLLY TIME FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. Mrs. E. English gave a very happy little dance last night at the To°rak Chambers in honour of her daughters, Miss Patty and Miss Kitty English. Rainbow-coloured streamers decorated the ballroom where the many guests danced enthusiastically to music supplied by Miss F. Jolly and Mr. S. Salt. Mrs. English received in a charming frock of Guipure lace oyer deep primrose, and was assisted by Miss P. English, wearing ivory taffeta, and Miss K. English, wearing cream embroidered lace over coral pink. Mrs. C Holloway wore black georgette sequined in black. A gorgeous supper was served and the dance brought to a close at midnight.
