ALLEGED INCEST.

FOURTH TRIAL LAPSES. NON-APPEARANCE OF READ. The case in which Arthur Read, of Morrinsville, was tried three times for alleged incest last session, the jury failing to IMree on each occasion, was due to be heard again at the Hamilton Supreme Court this morning. Read failed lo answer when his name was called and Ills Honour agreed that it would be preferable not to seek a now trial. The case was therefore si ruck out.
