REVISED AMERICAN PROPOSALS. DOMINIONS TO BE CONSULTED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 4. In the House of Commons the Secretary of Slate for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, was asked whether he was prepared to signify the assent of the British Government to the revised proposals of- the United States Government for the renunciation of war. In reply Sir Austen said these proposals were receiving the careful and sympathetic consideration of the Government. It was in connunieation wiln the Governments of the Dominions and India, and it would be prcmilure for the moment to make any further statement in the matter.
