Waikato Winter Show
HHE Waikato Winter Show Association aims in its activities to promote all industries of the Dominion, believing that, if other industries thrive, Agriculture will profit from the prosperity of others as well as from its own advancement. The Winter Show not only aims to especially promote Dairy- i ing and Agriculture, educationally and commercially, but in its vast | array of exhibits and educational influences, it aims to promote all ; other acceptable activities. The Winter Show for 1928 (which will be officially opened to-morrow afternoon at 2 o’clock by Hon. J. G. Coates, Prime Min- j ister) will be a clean, comprehensive, educational exhibition, in which yi will be found a wonderful array of features of entertainment for the reason that in addition to being Waikato’s annual inspection of the products of the Dairying Industry of the Dominion, Agricultural Products, Education, Women’s Work, and Boys’ and Girls’ achievements, it is the Dairy Farmers’ and Factory Managers’ great annual holiday, when all may mingle under exceptionally acceptable conditions and find reason to be proud of their great District, as they enjoy a respite from their daily routine. The Winter Show is at the service of all residents and industries and especially those engaged in Dairying and Agriculture. The Winter Show is not a money-making concern—it is established to compare products. Every exhibitor at this Show is a benefactor to the community.
