HAMILTON GUN CLUB.
SATURDAY’S SHOOT. The second shoot of the season of the Hamilton Gun Club was held at Ruakura on Saturday afternoon. There was a fair attendance of members and the shooting on the whole was of a high order. No. 1 shoot of six birds was won by E. O’Kane, who secured the possible. Messrs H. Earle, W. Moore, G. Peach and C. Clark filled second position with five birds each. There were 13 entries in this event, In 2 shoot of seven birds in which 11 entries were received, Dr. Pinfold and W. Moore tied with the possible with Messrs 11. Earl, J. McMicken, E, O’Kane and W. llowe in second place with six birds. No. 3 shoot of seven birds resulted in a tie beUVeen Messrs H. Earle, E. O’Kane, J. McMicken and C. Clark, who brought down six birds each.
