MORRINSVILLE SCHOOL.
MORE ROOMS NEEDED.
DEPUTATION TO MR COATES.
SERIOUS OVERCROWDING
(Spacial to Times.) MORRINSVILLE, Monday.
Morrinsville educational needs are growing, and additional accommodation is urgently necessary. The High School was built originally for 30 pupils, but there are now 52. A deputation from the School Committee waited on the Right Hon. J. G. Coates this afternoon, and asked for two additional rooms at the infant school, where the crowding is serious. The provision sought .would considerably relieve the position generally. Mr Coates promised to put the representations before the Minister of Education (Hon. R. A. Wright), but pointed out that demands were coming from all parts of the Dominion. The difficulty was to find the money.
