SUCCESSFUL FAIR.

FIRST CHURCH FRANKTON. The Ladies’ Guild, First Church organised a successful Fan* which was held in the Church Hall on Thursday, Beginning at 11 a.m., the Fair continued throughout the day and evening, and as a result the Church funds will benefit to the extent of £BO.

Luncheon, tea and supper was served, and the successful stalls included cake, fancy, plain work, produce, jumble, sweet stalls. In addition to these stalls a shooting gallery and Aunt Sally added to the amusement of the evening. A ladies’ sawing competition was won by Mrs Page, nail-driving, by Mrs Frisken, and shooting by Mr Barlow.
