INACCURATE PAMPHLET.

"MOND AND MOONSHINE." TRACES COUNCIL'S INDIGNATION. (Sydney Sun Cable.) LONDON, March 28. The Trades Union Council has issued a statement strongly condemning a pamphlet by Mr A. .1. Cook, entitled "Mond and Moonshine," referring fn the employers, and trades unionists' meetings. The council declares that the pamphlet is full of inaccuracies, misrepresentations, and deliberate falsehoods, obviously writlon to discount and damage the council's prestige and authority. The council is reporting the matter to the Miners' Federation as a wilful violation of the understanding that recriminations between the federation and the council should cease. Mr Cook declares that the pamphlet was written before the understanding was reached.
