HOCKEY.
HINEMOA CLUB. The annual meeting of the Hinemoa Hockey Club was held last night, Mr 11. E. Conradi occupying the chair. The annual report and balance-sheet showing a credit balance were adopted. This year the club intends to field a senior and a junior team.
The following officers were elected: —President, Dr. (lower; vice-pre-sidents, Dr. Pinfold, Messrs M. Darke and'W. M. Keenan; club captain. Mr R. E. Conradi; secretary, Mr S. Keenan: auditor, Mr D. Andrews; committee, senior captain, junior caplain, secretary; selection committee, captain and vice-captain of each team; delegates to the Waikato Hockey Association, the club captain, secretary and one representative from the juniors.
OLD BOYS' CLUB The annual meeting of the Hamilton Old Boys' Hockey Club was held last, evening, when here was a good gathering of players and intending players. Mr R. Allen presided. The annual report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. It was shown that last season was very satisfactory, and it was hoped to make the coming season even more so.
Office Bearers. The following office bearers were elected for the new season: —President, Mr E. Wilson; vice-presidents, Messrs R. McCaw, H. 4. Ross, W. J. King, G. Sweeney, and S. J. Rawlinson; secretary and treasurer, Mr T. Ewan; club captain, Mr R. McCaw; committee, captain and junior captain, the secretary, Messrs S. Buckland, and E. McLachlan; delegates to Waikato Hockey Association, the secretary and Messrs R. Allen and S. Buckland; selection committee, captains and vicecaptains and secretary Last season the senior A team won the Senior Cup, with the senior B well up, and the junior loam won the junior competition. It was decided last night to put two teams in the senior competition and one in the junior competition, same as last year, and it was hoped that the teams would be as successful as the previous season's teams had been. Messrs C. Wilmont, A. Cowley, J. Wink, W. Lcnnon, D. Melville, and Dr. Annard were new members enrolled. A practice will be held on the first Saturday after Easter (April 14).
