PROSPECTS IN CANADA. KEENLY DISCUSSED BY CRITICS. VANCOUVER, Feb. 10. Much time is being devoted by the critics to the composition of the fifteens to meet the Waratahs. No one believes that a real challenge can be hurled against the Australians, but the belief is expressed that the quality of Rugby Is improving, and one-sided scores, similar to those rolled up by the AH Blacks, are not anticipated.
