CRITICISM DISAPPROVED OF, I _ . BOROUGH COUNCIL'S TRIBUTE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CARTERTON, Wednesday. At a meeting of the Carterton Borough Council last night a discussion arose on the question of Public Trust Office methods, and the following resolution was passed:—"That this council endorses a resolution passed by the Patea Borough Council, and expresses entire disapproval of a remark made at a meeting of the Associated Chambers of Commerce at Christchurch recently, and that in the opinion of this council the Public Trust Office is one of the most beneficial hi the country for the community." ' "
