FAINT SOUNDS STILL HEARD. HEAVY STORMS CONTINUE. (Received Dec. 21, 11.3 Q a.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 20. News from Provincetown states that sounds were heard on Tuesday at noon from within the submarine. Storms continue to frustrate a rescue.
