OCTOBER RAINFALL.
PMTAIYIATA RETURNS. Mr W. Halligan reports that 2.10 inches of rain fell at Malamata during October, as compared will: 10 inches for Hie same period last year. Tin; maximum fail was .87 inches on the 23I'd ins!. The average for the last seven years for October works out at 1.97 inches. The maximum lemporalure during the month was 7 1, the mean maximum being 05.2.
