POISONED BY COAL GAS.

AN UNACCOUNTABLE HAPPENING. (By 'Telegraph.—Press Association.) GISBORNE, Monday. At fhe inquest on John Andrew Srnale, aged 30, who was found dead in the kitchen of his home on Friday cvening, evidence was given that deceased's general health had been good, and he had no worries. He had been out for a drive with his family that afternoon,, and was in good spirits when he left his wife and child at his mother's and went home. The coroner found that death was due to poisoning by coal gas, there being no evidence as to how the poisoning occurred.
