TE AROHA JOCKEY CLUB. At the annual meeting of the To Aroha Jockey Club, Mr H. E. Willcox, referring to the need for a proper track for trotting, remarked that until the club made a track the exact size required trotting would not prove as attractive as the public would like. The Te Aroha course was much too large for the purpose, if the club made a profit over the next meeting the track should receive serious consideration. He hoped the incoming committee would seriously consider the proposal. The subject was- well discussed, and was generally approved.
