ALL BLACK TRIALS. SOUTH ISLAND MATCH. Play was rather disappointing in the South Island All Black trial match tolay. The Possibles’ forwards won the match, completely outclassing their flower opponents. Possibles won by 31 points to 15. The following is the selected South Island team: — Fullback.—Lillburne. To-morrow should see the curtain rung down in the senior Rugby football competitions at Hamilton, when the final of the Clarke Cup, between City and Old Boys, will he played. The clash promises io he a willing one and doubtless a good crowd will turn out to see these two old rivals meet. An excellent game should eventuate.
