ADDRESS TO CONSTITUENTS. Hon. J. A. Young, Minister of Health, is in Hamilton and will 1 remain over the week-end. On Monday afternoon at the Y.M.C.A. Hall in Bryce Street, he will receive a deputation including one from women electors in connection with the Licensing Bill. In the evening he will deliver a' prc-sessional address in the Town Hall, when, as member for the district, he will deal with a number of political questions, and especially refer to the activities of the Health Department over which he presides.
