MORE EXECUTIONS REPORTED
CASE OF CHALIAPIN

The Berlin correspondent of the Exchange Agency reports that Russian troops fired at an aeroplane which was passing over Hie frontier. Subsequently the Russian and Polish frontier guards exchanged shuts.
An earlier message from Berlin said there had been nine more executions of alleged members of monarchist organisations at Odessa and KharkolT.
The famous Russian singer Challapiu was interviewed concerning the action of the Soviet in depriving him of his Russian nationality. The artist explained that he gave a priest 5000 francs for starving Russians, lie also sang for poverty-stricken Russians without asking whether they were White or Wed. A message from Berlin Rays the Tass Press Agency denies that Ghaliapin has been deprived of the title of "the people's artist." GENEVA, June 10. No confirmation is forthcoming of a report published in the Paris paper Ee Matin to the effect that as a sequel to conversations a! Geneva Ihe Powers will address a collective remonstrance 1.0 the Soeiet in connection with the executions in Russia.
