CHILD NOT AT SCHOOL.
CHARGES AGAINST PARENT.
Four charges were preferred against Alfred William Osborne in the Magistrate's Court at Hamilton this morning for not sending his child regularly io school.
The attendance officer stated that the child was aged 10 years and 4 months and only in the third primer. The parent said his child was being transferred to another school.
"1 am going to make it hot for you if your child does not attend school regularly," said Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M. He would adjourn the case for a month and consider the report from the attendance officer at the end of that period.
