According to the prospectus of the Kaitangata Coal Company the directors could not proceed to allotment until 4000 shares were taken. Well over that number are now subscribed, and the allotment will be made. Next Tuesday the mine will be opened, and it is hoped to have it in full swing in a few days. The influence of the germs which produce sore throats, hoarseness, running of the nose, watery eye, coughs, is checked and counteracted by the free us& of NAZOL.—J.&.
