AMERICA INDICTED.

APPEAL FROM EUGENE CHEN. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn). NEW YORK, April 14. The Cantonese Foreign Minister, Mr Eugene Chen, has issued an appeal to the people of the United States, which has been through Mr.. Ernest Moy, who represents the Chinese Nationalist News Agency. Mr. Chen alleges that the Governmcn of the United States led the people or America to participate in a massacre compared with which the World War was “a mere ripple on the sea,” “Japan, Britain and the United States have decided to plunge into a new world war,” says Mr. Chen, to solve all their difficulties in the Pacific. Not one American citizen nor one American cent would have been endangered by the success of the Nationalist revolution in China if during the past few weeks While House had not adopted new decisions which have radically changed America’s old policy in China.”
