EFFECT OF ABOLITION.
BLOW AT POULTRY INDUSTRY.

WELLINGTON, Thursday,
To a complaint that the doing away with art unions would seriously affect poultry shows, Hon. 0. J. Hawken, Minister of Agriculture, told a poultry industry deputation that the matter was one for the Department of Internal Affairs. He promised, however, to look into the matter.
