Given fine weathewa record attendance should reward the local club’s attempt to bring back athletics to its proper place in ihe Waikato. The club has on account of the depressed state of business, not gone to the tradespeople for any trophies, and it is hoped that it will reap its reward, as it is something out of the ordinary for ten provincial championships to be decided at an athletic meeting m the Waikato.
