IRISH FREE STATE.
CURRENCY COMMISSi ~N. ITS RECOMMENDATIONS ADOPTED. ( \ustralian and N.X. Cable Assn.) LONDON, Jan. 28. One of the most interesting recommendations of the Irish Fr-c State Currency Commission is lo follow the example of the Australian agricultural hanks by establishing agricultural credits guaranteed by the Government. The recommendation is due to the initiative of Mr Campion, examiner of the Commonwealth Bank, who is a member of the commission. The Free State is giving immediate legislative effect to the recommendations.
