ITALIAN CONSUL.
ARRIVAL IN NEW ZEALAND.
(By Telegraph. —Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Monday. . A cosmopolitan, with an Australian experience that should stand him in good stead in the Dominion, Gommendatore Michele Blunno, arrived to-day to take his duties as Italian Consul for New Zealand. Hitherto the Italian Consul-General in ' 'Melbourne has handled affairs in the Dominion through agents. He considered that commerce between Italy and New Zealand could he expended, especially in regard to meat.
