STONE-LAYING CEREMONIES. REPRESENTATIVE GATHERING. (United Press Association.) (Received Jan. 31, 10.5 a.m.) SYDNEY,'Jan. 31. The 'laying of the foundation stones of the first Roman Catholic church, school and convent at Canberra was the occasion of a national pilgrimage of Roman Catholic representatives of all States, over 5000 being present, including the Archbishops of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
