NOVA SCOTIAN ELECTION.
SEAT WON BY LIBERAL. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) VANCOUVER, Jan. 19. A by-election was held yesterday at Guysborough, in the riding of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, to fill a vacancy caused by the death of a Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly. Mr William Duff (Liberal) defeated the Conservative candidate.
