A NORTHERN TOUR. (By Telegraph.—Press WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Minister of Health, Hon. J. A< Young, will arrive at Auckland on Friday. He w ili speak at the opening of Hie Phmkct Society's headquarters iu the afternoon. tin Saturday Hie Minister will visit' Paparoa and bargaville. On Monday he will be at Whangarci and will meet ,y the Whangarci Hospital Board in the afternoon regarding the old people's home. On Tuesday the Minister will leturn to Auckland, and will leave Wellington on Wednesday evening _
