OPENING UP SETTLEMENT. ! (Bv Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. After an interval of 36 years, Mr C. 11. Parker, the owner of some land in the Kcrmadccs, has landed there with two companions to open up settlement again. The Ilinemoa now passes by Sunday Island, and affords means of communication.
