HAAS MURDER CHARGE.
ATTITUDE OF THE JUDGE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) BERLIN, August 10. The Prussian Government lias decided to hold a disciplinary inquiry into the conduct of Judge Koelling in connection with the Helling murder, it being alleged that the judge displayed bias against Haas, the industrial magnate, holding him in custody after Shroedcr had confessed.
