GERMANY'S EX-RULERS.

DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY.

FIERCE FIGHT IN PROGRESS.

CONCESSIONS TO SOCIALISTS,

(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) BERLIN, June 26.

A fierce fight over the Ex-Rulers' Claims Bill is raging among the members of the Judicial Committee which is dealing with the measure- as a preliminary to its presentation to the Reichstag. The Government continues to make concessions 'to the Socialists. If the Bill is altered in compliance with the demands of the Socialists the latter will vote in favour of it, but whether the Nationalists can prevent the necessary two-thirds majority of votes being cast against it remains to be seen.

The Cabinet has made it known tiiat the alternative to the acceptance of the Bill will be a dissolution of the Reichstag.
