SECOND EDITION

The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken from 9 a.m. daily, end weather conditions are kindly supplied by Mr Jaa. Bremner:

Barometer 30.40, with rising tendency. Indications arc for generally fair and partly overcast, with light southerly winds, later from north, with unsettled weather following. Yesterday was fair, with light southerly winds. Mean temperature, 43dcg. The Weather Bureau wires:—The indications for 21 nours from 9 a.m. this day are for easterly moderate to strong wind and freshening. The weather appears likely to he unsettled with rain following. Barometer has a falling tendency.
